Welcome to NDC Resort & SPA. By accessing, browsing, or making a reservation through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, reservations, website usage, and services provided by NDC Resort & SPA (“the Resort,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
2. The Resort reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Reservations & Payments

1. All reservations are considered confirmed only after payment is received as per the booking requirements.
2. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all booking information provided is accurate.
3. Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Rates quoted generally include taxes and breakfast unless stated otherwise.
5. Additional charges may apply for extra guests, special requests, or peak season periods.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

1. Standard check-in time: 14:00
   Standard check-out time: 12:00
2. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. A valid ID or passport is required at check-in.

4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

1. Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking type or promotional rate.
2. Non-refundable reservations cannot be changed or cancelled.
3. A no-show will be charged 100% of the total stay unless stated otherwise.
4. For refundable bookings, cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period will incur the applicable penalty fee.

5. Resort Rules & Guest Responsibilities

1. Guests must comply with all resort rules and regulations during their stay.
2. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas unless designated otherwise.
3. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to resort property.
4. The Resort reserves the right to evict guests for misconduct or any behavior that compromises the comfort, safety, or peace of others.

6. Diving, Activities & Excursions

1. All diving activities offered by the Resort or partner Dive Center must follow safety and certification requirements.
2. Guests participating in diving or water activities do so at their own risk and may be required to sign a waiver.
3. The Resort is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses arising from participation in activities conducted by third-party service providers.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

1. The Resort will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
2. The Resort is not liable for force majeure events such as natural disasters, government regulations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Website content, including prices and availability, may contain errors and may be corrected at any time without liability.

8. Privacy Policy

1. Personal information collected through the website is used solely for reservation and service purposes.
2. The Resort will not share personal data with third parties except when required for booking processing or legal compliance.

9. Use of Website
